I got my weekly progress report from Fitbit and had 78,158 steps last week. Any other Fitbit users out there want to connect?
I am looking for points related to 12oz curls...
If paired with your healthy meal you gain a net zero points.
I believe that falls under lifting and it is called a burnout set - 12 oz, 10 oz, 8 oz, 6 oz, 4 oz, 2 oz.
